Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and UK public holidays). Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please ensure that all delivery details are correct at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.


Shipping Method

We ship all orders using Royal Mail 48 Tracked.

  • Royal Mail 48 Tracked is not a guaranteed 48-hour service

  • Delivery times are estimates only, provided by Royal Mail

  • Tracking details will be supplied once your order has been dispatched


Delivery Delays

While we aim to dispatch all orders promptly, we cannot be held accountable for delays caused by Royal Mail or other circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Postal service disruptions

  • Weather conditions

  • Industrial action

  • Seasonal delays (e.g. peak holiday periods)

Delivery times should be considered a guide only and are not guaranteed.


Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your order appears to be delayed, please use the tracking link provided to check its status.

Royal Mail classifies parcels as lost only after a specified period. We are unable to take action until this timeframe has passed. Once eligible, we will assist you in opening an investigation with Royal Mail where appropriate.


International Orders (If Applicable)

For international shipments:

  • Customs fees, import duties, and taxes may apply

  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance


Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for delays once the parcel has been handed over to Royal Mail

  • We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses resulting from delayed delivery

This does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
