Cancellation Policy for events and services
We operate a 48-hour cancellation policy for all therapies and events. This policy is in place to provide the best possible service and ensure fairness to all clients, allowing us to manage our schedule efficiently and offer available slots to others.
By booking an appointment or event with us, you agree to the following terms:
Notice Period
- More than 48 hours' notice: If you cancel or reschedule your appointment or event booking with more than 48 hours' notice, a 100% refund will be provided (or your payment will be fully transferred to a new booking).
- Less than 48 hours' notice: If you cancel or reschedule within 48 hours of the scheduled start time, no refund will be given, and the full fee for the session/event will be charged or retained.
How to Cancel or Reschedule
Please cancel or reschedule by emailing us at support@pinkmoondorset.co.uk stating your full name and the therapy or event you wish to cancel or re-book.
No-Shows
Failure to attend an appointment or event without any prior notice will be considered a no-show, and the full payment will be retained, with no refund issued.
Exceptional Circumstances (Force Majeure)
We understand that genuine emergencies (such as sudden serious illness or a family bereavement) happen. We will consider these on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us as soon as possible in such situations.
Our Rights to Cancel or Reschedule
In the rare event that we need to cancel or reschedule an appointment or event (due to unforeseen circumstances, e.g., therapist illness or venue issues), you will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.
