Sunday Sounds Himalyan Sound Bath at Phoenix Aerial Studio, Blandford - 8th November, 7:30pm-8:45pm

Ease into the new month with a calming Sunday reset, bringing a little luxury to your mind, body & soul.
Immerse yourself in deep rest and stillness, surrounded by the soothing vibrations of Himalayan singing bowls. Allow the gentle frequencies to quieten the mind, soften tension and create space to simply be.

And then… don’t rush away. 🤍

Take your time to pull an oracle card, enjoy a delicious little sweet treat and connect with like-minded souls — or simply savour some quiet time for yourself as you soak up the energy of the space.

No rushing. No to-do lists. No expectations.

Just time to exhale, reset and reconnect, before stepping back into your day feeling lighter, calmer and more grounded.

Arrive as you are — Leave feeling lighter, calmer, and restored for the weeks ahead.

Please bring a mat, cushion, blanket, optional eye mask and journal to make yourself comfortable and capture any thoughts or insights that come through.
